very disappointed with the service they provide....i have been using their service since 2 years, first year was good, but this year was horrible, they didnt deliver the on time which i requested.. i paid them extra for delivering it between 8 to 11 am...and nobody bothered informing me that they have problems with flowers vendors....wouldnt use the service again.....
