Very poor service. We choose and pay for different model. Delivered different model. Neither shop reliable nor employees. Even manager also supporting stupidity if their employee.
Worsed service support found after sales, truly not recommended to anyone to purchase any electronic item from Kay Dee electronics. post purchase of AC and paid 44000/- 3 days passed yet no one visited at my location for installation. hence not happy and not to recommend anyone.
I purchased two ac from kay Dee Audiovisons Pvt. LT.82 navyug ,ghaziabad,when product reached one of them was defective,when i call to voltas company they told me defective product wil be changed after seven days,i become sad because new product is defective.then i reached to kd showroom.they told me don't worry we will replace its from our stock tomorrow , i was surprised they replaced it within three hour and installed it,what a great service, I recommend all customer of ghaziabad if you are planning to purchase any electronics and home appliances,don't go here and there direct go to kay Dee,they are very big dealer and several showroom in noida and ghaziabad,they give you very good service.

Never Buy any item from Kay Dee Audio Visuals. They are a very big dealer with several shops in Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida and Indirapuram. However, they are very unethical and cheat their customers. I wanted to buy three split AC's for my new house. I had decided that Hitachi will be the best choice and went to Noida to enquire about the rates. When I went to Kay Dee Audiovisuals, they informed me that they do not deal with Hitachi. However, they strongly recommended Panasonic. They told me that Panasonic AC's have fixed price throughout India just like Sony products and that I cannot get a better price anywhere else. Buying an air conditioner from here was the worst decision ever. We got a Voltas air conditioner from Digi world which is a branch of Kaydee audio vision and when it was delivered, the box was not only unsealed, but also has many things missing such as the remote, the user manual, the water tray etc. The response from them was vague. The machine also seemed dirty. We have made numerous calls but there's no response at all. Every time you call them, they say they'll call back in 10 minutes but you just keep waiting. The workers misbehave and act as if they're doing you a favour. So to all the future buyers, even in case of emergency, avoid this place at all cost.

I purchased two A/c's from Kaydee Electronics, Noida, One of Window Godrej and the other Split A/c of Videocon. The technecian who came for installastion was more keen to seel the other products e.g. copper wire and charges substantial amount for that may be Rs.2500 plus but while installation he damaged the electrical fittings,lamp shades but was not ready to accept and misbehaved, I reported the Matter to Videocon, but no response from the company. The split A/c installed about a week ago, is down, waiting for company to put it right.
Probably dealers only know the sale but no after service.

I purchased a samsung split ac from kay dee electronics. They delivered a defective piece and to add to the misery, they are not listening to any problems. And don't buy smasung products, their sevice is the worst. Prepare yourself for complete time wasting and frustration, if you are going to buy products from kay dee electronics. Their customer complaint dealer, Vinay, will treat you like as if you owe them some money. Bloody leachers.

One should not purchase products from Kay Dee Electronics , NOIDA sector-18 ,I think It its better to purchase from other shop becoz- 1st they sell products at high rate as compare to other, My brother purchased single door Samsung refrigerator for our house for Rs. 12000 and before the delivery was made I want to replace the order with the double door but they denied and later on I found the same product available at other shop available at Rs. 11300 what is wrong when the delivery was not made but they were also not ready to replace the order and misbehaved too.
