I had a dreadful experience with Shri Shyam Packers and Movers.
On 9th March 2014 I used their services to shift my luggage from noida to chandigarh. They delivered the things on 11th march 2014 and my mother took the delivery. When in evening, I returned home I saw that my bike mirrors and cylinder was missing, I informed them, they told me to deliver it back within 2 days.I waited for them till Holi festival but I didn't received any thing. meanwhile in the process as I opened other cartridges, I saw lot of expensive stuff is missing which includes fossil watch,rayban googles,adidas sport shoes,Nike cap,mufti branded three shirts, Polo Tshirt, Jeans, wall clock,curtains etc.When I asked them, they told me that u have already signed it. We had a dreadful experience with Shri Shyam packers and movers.
On 26th feb 2014 we shifted our household+car from Noida to Hyderabad, and there started our painful journey.
1. Deal is done by the head (may be the owner) and there ended his role. He never turned up nor he answered our calls properly.
2.His assistants came to pack the household ( did not seem to be professionals) In the process of uninstalling the geyser they broke the flush tank in the wash room. After little negotiation they agreed to pay rs.500 where it costed us Rs.1500.Had a very tough time replacing.
