Can't speak highly enough of our experience with Vincom Computers I work at a production company in the entertainment industry with a small office. We need certain capabilities--easy conferencing, assistant/boss connected lines, etc. Our old phones were simply NOT cutting it, leading to much frustration. We do not have a dedicated IT person, and our search to find new phones/service provider was going very poorly (long wait for calls back from service companies, impossible to schedule demos, etc)... Great ...Superb...My Dell N5010 was having problems of 8 beeps with no display on LCD for the past 3 weeks. After I went to the store the technician very properly explained the problem and how the same will be solved and the estimate. The delivery was done in 1 day and now my laptop is working great. Great job by repair store and very humble and proper explanation to Customers.

Worst services I have seen ever. I gave laptop for servicing and they broke it and does not accepted their mistake. The owner was sitting quitely and was only interested to receive payment behaving like totally deaf n dumb on the subject. Totally unprofessional stupid chunk of people.... will never visit them again n will not recommend anyone to take any kind of services.
