worst experience to me by this company. after booking only we follow up no one is responsible for given you reply. I have booked my household items from Lucknow to Vadodara when i called their executive what is my lugguage status he told that toady it will dispatch and alternately when i called their customer care they reply that my luggage dispatched. when i reached their warehouse my luggage not dispatched. At the time of booking, they took whole amount Rs 15000/ from lko to Vadodara and they don't dispatched my luggage ultimately, they ask me again Rs 18000 for sending my Houshold items individual. when i agreed they send my 29 items by third party loader. when my luggage reached Vadodara highway their driver call me for paying Rs 14000
