1. The quality of wax used on arms and
legs was much below the local level. This has badly created allergy on
arms and legs and will take one more week to get repaired.
2. The facial including the face pack was only for 20 mins. This was
much worse than the face cleaning
3. The manicure and pedicure were also for 10-12 mins each.
4. Hair spa including the steam and rinse was 10 mins.
5. Face bleach was just for 5 mins where as Chandni was informed that
I need a stronger bleach since my hair on the face are hard and they
take time to get bleached.
There were other clients as well who have used the same services for
Rs 500 without the coupon and were walk ins. I was informed by you
