Very poor service as always showing delivered but the same right concern is not getting, they are selling any where.

Beware of the delivery person..they are cheat. They take out the around 5kg gas from the cylinders and then deliver the cylinders to customer.
Yesterday i got the sealed cylinder at my residence weighing 25 kg instead of 30 kg. I called the agency to report the issue and then they changed the cylinder within 10 mins . Not sure where is the fault......the delivery boy came back and exchanged the cylinder without uttering a single word....because they know they were cheating the customers....
The agency assured me that me that they would be taking the complaining and updating me ....however no response from them...
They are least bothered and even do not receive the calls on the complaint number mentioned in the back of delivery slip....
