hi i m rajan regular customer of hero honda showroom "sai enterprises" in ambala cantt where their is having very bad facilities,there is no arrangement of good drinking water of customers,no arrangement of generators and everything is worst like some govt. office.
and most of the the time the washing plant of bikes are not-worked as have no proper electricity.
plz do some better arrangements for customers and don't avoid my request,its not only abt me,its abt every customers.....

I have purchased the bike from bikes auto - ahmedabd.
But the the staff and services are one of the worst that i have ever seen. The environment and staff behavior is not user friendly or customer oriented. they think their bikes has been sold just because of brand name of hero honda. They are still using dotmatrix printer and old software which are very time consuming. today no customer has enough time to spend more time to purchase 1 bike. today 1 mercides can purchase within 15 min and they can deliver it very fast.
they have spent my valuable 3 hrs but they have not asked 1 glass of water. these kind of services they are provided. I have pay full money but some less expenses thats why i am not get my margin amount back after 12 days
