I went there recently with a relative who asked me to just take a look at their jewellery. I liked it so much that I ended up buying a pair of diamond earrings. Their prices were reasonable and they also provided me with an IGI Diamond certificate with the earrings. It was a good purchase.
Good designs with high quality. Great customer service. Whenever I call them everybody there know my name and they all are very polite with me.
The Abids store has a very huge range of Uncut Diamond & Diamond Jewellery. The Necklace set I purchased from them was reasonably priced and the exchange policy was very nicely explained to me. In all I got a very nice experience.
USA store charge more than current gold price
Totaram's US store doesnt change their products price when gold price goes down but increases the price when gold price goes up. Currently the gold price is low to $1287 per ounce but the rates on Totaram website haven't changed as per the current gold price. They still show rates equal to almost $1500 per ounce.
I have been longing to buy jewelry in US and was regularly monitoring website and waiting for them to update price since past 2 months but no luck.
I guess I need to start looking for any other store. Any suggestions?

I had worse experience shopping with totaram.com, the item arrived with lots of scratches on the gold, which seems like pre owned article. other one was having less grams than the one specification. When i enquired about the same, the customer service was very very poor in resolving the concern.
