My Account Number with this Branch is: 104 219 16113. This branch is over crowded and understaffed. The space is too small to accommodate the customers in peak hours. The Crowd is not uniform through the day and month. Needs a study of load pattern and staff allocation. all the staff members are not uniformly loaded. My suggestion is that in the peak hours all the staff may attend to the Cash Payment and Receipts function at least till 12.00 noon and later to the rest of the functions. there is no special provision for senior citizens.
