Exactly what some customers saying is true. Some of the employees are very patience less and shouts on customers without any reason. We don't understand why they are working instead of taking rest in their homes when they don't have patience to attend customers in a polite manner. They are forgetting that they are working for customers only when there is no customer for whom they will work and how they will get jobs. They are simply forgetting that they are public servants. The top management either to train them or appoint polite employees who honour customers.
Andhra bank, ashoknagar branch service is very bad.. The staff behaves very rudely with the customers.. When we ask for any help or doubts they all just starts shouting.. very manner less employees... and when we go for withdrawing money or depositing money they take so much time by making lazy employees sit their...and the employee who mostly update the passbook, he is the biggest manner less.. He never listens to the customers and when the customers asks for any doubt then he scold them badly, specailly sayin ki 'WHAT YOU HAVE STUDIED, YOU DONT KNOW ANYTHING. DONT EAT MY BRAIN AND SO ON'.. I ask what the right he has to tell all these things???? when customers have any doubt, then only they wil questoion. Instead of clearing theirs doubts
