I cannot express my sheer disappointment and frustration with Mothercare's appalling customer service and their failure to refund my amount for over a month now. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my terrible encounter.
Little did I know that this was the beginning of my ordeal.
