Only one good thing about this place is their facility and equipment compare to all the small clinic. Worst part of that these people use their equipment for making money not for treament. They had created so much hype about the tick fever to make publicity. Whosever visited this place can know Dr. Lakshmi is very busy. Whenever you took your loved one to this place they will tell your dog have some serious problem to play safe game so that if dog died because of some wrong treatment nobody accuse them. If the value for blood report is 0.01 higher also they will tell dog has multiple organ failure. I took my baby to the clinic she is not able to walk without any test they told that she had multiple organ failure and tick fever. They s ... View More
Went there for the first time today, and had a horrid experience!! They are only concerned about the billing. The attendants were careless and had no concern for the pets. The place had pet poop at several places and no one bothered cleaning at least for the 2 hours we were there , also found a used syringe , a tube of some ointment & used gloves ( visible dirty )careless thrown in the waiting area for pets!!! And to top all of it The doctor was very rude . Won't be going back there !! Even if ur pet if fine there are chances they would come back with something from that clinic.
It is very sad to see such negative reviews. People go out of their way to post such comments but no one remembers the good done by the doctor. Why is it that Vets and doctors are always targeted and a small mistake made by them is highlighted and made public everywhere while all the good done by them is so easily forgotten. Everyone makes mistakes. It's human to err. We don't ask Sachin Tendulkar to stop playing just because India lost because of him in one match. Then why is one mistake or one bad case held against the doctor forever and he is blackmarked publicly. It is very disheartening for us to see such things.
@ Rohit-
Yes we treat all animals, including exotic pets like guinea pigs, hamsters, turtles, birds, etc
@ Lucky-
No doctor kills their patient on purpose or laughs at the condition. You must have misunderstood our words. We have never forced our clients to get their treatment done with us and not take their pet back. You were free to take your pet to any other clinic and get a second opinion.
Please don't make such baseless accusations unless you have some solid proof about it.
@ Nina First and foremost, pre-op checks are standard procedures in any standard hospitals. Yes the blood samples could not be collected on that day but we had informed you very clearly that the surgery can be performed but under "risk". As far as the 700 bucks is concerned, it was charged for the doctor's consultation, registration, stool check, deworming and flea prevention spray. It's good that you have gone ahead with the surgery taking the anesthesia risk. If you had any queries regarding the bill, you should have called us and asked us about the same. Doctor's consultation is charged everywhere and as you were coming to our clinic for the first time, you were charged for registration too. All these details were mentioned in the b ... View More
@ Guest183250 The radiology report was discussed the same day with you and all the records are available for you to access online. The X ray prints were handed over the next day.As far as the "powerful prescription" is concerned, you can consult any "canine orthopedic specialist" along with the X rays and then comment on the same. You were also advised to bring back your pet for the next couple of days for the therapeutic ultrasound but you only brought her twice!. In case if your pet was undergoing medical conditions (couldn't get up, couldn't keep any food down) it was your duty to inform us about the same! This is very unfortunate that you have mentioned only about the negative review about your pet.It was very obvious that it was mu ... View More
Our dog had suddenly stopped lifting her tail and we took her in because we were worried. Dr. Lakshmi Ramana took an X-Ray of her back and tail. She informed me that our dog had a slipped disc and that she would immediately have to go on steroids and painkillers. She wrote very powerful prescriptions which really worried us. After we had given our dog her first dose of medicine, I googled the symptoms she had. Turns out it was widely reported as Limber Tail Syndrome, which is very minor. I forwarded this to my father-in-law, who is a surgeon, along with her X-Rays and asked him for his opinion. My father-in-law thought that our dog's bone structure was intact and that we should ask for a radiology report from Dr. Lakshmi Ramana and suggeste ... View More
I did not have a great experience there. They said the cat would have to come twice for a sterilisation procedure, which in itself I find irresponsible, as every trip is stressful for a cat. Then when they tried to take a blood sample at the first visit, they were incapable of doing it! When they did not manage to get any blood out of her, they told me that actually they can do the surgery without blood sample... then why put her through this in the first place? I had taken the cat in vaid, but paid a hilarious 700 bucks for a failed blood sample, some flea spray and deworming. I decided to get the surgery done at Happy Pet clinic in the end.
It is the most callous hospital in the world. They purposefully killed my Tommy. They laughed while he struggled and didnt let us atleast leave with him while he was alive. Dr. Lakshmi and her team are the worst doctors in the world. Nobody loving their pets should go
