Very bad service. I visited this salon for hair smoothening and they burnt my hair completely. The person who was doing the process was not even trained. They do not have professionals to carry out these services. After all this they just offered me a hair spa which was not even worth it. It just ruined my hair which were good before going through the smoothening at Naturals Hyderabad. I would recommend to go for small salons than this big named and famed ones.
The worst saloon I have ever been to. The staff is extremely rude and poorly trained, they have no manners or etiquette to attend to customers. I visited for waxing and after waiting for 15 minutes and being a spectator to fights
I recommend Yani as the best artist both in makeup and crossdressing..

I have visited this salon for hair straightening. It was a professional service & I really appreciate the service provider. I never expected that I get this makeover done at such a reasonable price.

I have recently visited this salon and liked the service (facial, mani&pedi) very much. Excellent ambience with friendly & compitent staff.
Prices are very reasonable and lower than other salons of same brand & similar brands in the city.

(no information was given to me at the beginning that the hair spa would be Rs. 700/- and I would need to pay the Rs. 100/- balance ). As if to make up for the error in pedicure I was told that I was being given a Rs. 700/- discount.
So in effect I paid for:
1. Fruit facial - 900/-
2. Spa pedicure - 550/-
3. Hair spa - 700/-
-----------------------
Total = 2150
Discount = 700
= 1450/- + taxes
While as per their scheme I should have paid
1. Fruit facial = 900/-
2. Intense moisture pedicure = 450/-
3. Hair spa = 600/-
-----------------------------
Discuount 600/-
1350 + taxes.

I had a bad experience here with regard to the payment process. I had requested for a fruit facial and an intense moisture pedicure at this place. I also had a coupon which gave me hair spa worth Rs. 600/- free if the bill amount crossed 1000/-. At the end, when I went to pay I was told that by mistake the spa pedicure was done and this was because the girl who did my facial forgot to pass on the correct information to the person who took over the pedicure.
Since, it was the mistake of the people in the salon i expected to be billed only for the fruit facial and intense moisture pedicure and expected that the hair spa was free as stated in the coupon.
