The service provided by Pearl Yamaha is the worst I have ever come across. The problem started with delivery of my bike R15 which I got after 25 days of what I was told. It had scratches on it so needed to get the fuel tank replaced.
My battery went down just 4 days after my second service.
And now its been 6 days that my bike is unable to start due to electrical issues and I have not got any help even though I have been calling all day long, getting a reply that the mechanic will come in 1hr or so.
TL;DR: The customer satisfaction is absolute ZERO.
