I had a very very bad experience with Lagnam and they would not refund my money after I complained and waited for 15 days. I am at loss paying 20000 and I wish I had seen these reviews before

I have been to his store recently along with my friend to buy suit for his marriage. Before I make any conclusion, I would like to describe about our experience. To begin with, when we visited the store and staff took good interest in showing us different varieties etc. Ready made suits were not of proper fitting to my friend, some were very tight fitting, some were loose, improper designs etc. Staff gave us confidence(in words) that they will get the suit stitched to his size and fitting and deliver it to his address. My friend selected cloth/material for the suit and decided to get it stitched with them since there was enough time for the day of marriage. My friend asked, if he needs to come for trail before collecting the suit, but they replied that will not be needed. We went to collect the suit, my friend was shocked to see that pant/trouser was stitched completely different to what he asked for. 1) Instead of slim fit, it was regular fit. 2) Suit/blazer was loose in fitting 3) Sleeves were longer than usual covering till the bottom of thumb finger. (I have never seen a store which sells suits, does not know that suit/blazer sleeves should be half inch shorter than shirt sleeves). 4) Length of the pant/trouser was shorter that what my friend asked for. 5) color of the vest coat was changed to black without asking. 6) Length or distance from the crotch to the top of the trousers was short. We reported this mistakes to the tailor and person named Imran on the counter who was managing the store. We received a sorry and a promise to correct the mistakes. By now, we could see they were not interested in the customer as they were when on the first day. We came back the next time, nothing was done or improved. 1) Regular fit was very badly changed into slim fit. Looks lot worse than before. Regular fit waist with slim fit thighs n ankles. 2) Suit/blazer fitting n sleeves were not touched. 4) Length or distance from the crotch to the top of the trousers was same. 5) color of the vast coat was not changed. 6) Length of the pant was corrected. Pointed out these mistakes, again we were given an apology n asked to come back. Even after many visits and complaining several times, mistakes were not corrected. Sadly, they kept us running to them till the day of travel for his wedding. In the end, They got into argument with us (like the street shops on the koti or ameerpet) saying we cant help you more and you have to get adjusted. Since we already paid the amount in full (Rs.12000). we had no choice but to wait till they repair or buy another suit. We did not have time n patience, so choose to leave deciding the later. Someone working there told us, that they get stitching done with some local tailor in Abids. We were cheated very badly. I hope this should never happen to anyone. Please never visit this store. I also had a very very bad experience at Lagaan. The sales person was not only rude, but downright abusive. He even came all the way to the car shouting at us! Even while the Salesman was exhibiting absolute goondaism, the person in the cash counter was busy chatting with a lady. Never step into this store

Had a very bad experience at Lagaan. I had my friends engagement in 4 Days time and we have approached Lagaan (God knows why my friend chose this place). I had to join my friend in the middle when he already made the decision of taking the dress. My first observations, the collection none was striking although what was striking where the prices. I have my friends wedding day after tomorrow and Lagaan guys say that please call the tailor and pick up your clothes. WTF , i pay a premium for the clothes and they now ask me to collect the clothes from the tailor?????
