They are BIG TIME CHEATS especially when it comes to quality...In case you go back to them for a refund (which is promised during purchase), they ill treat and insult you. Wn I got my item purchased from MBS checked in the gemology Lab, I realised that the quality they told was different & the quality they gave was very inferior. So, I just went to get the 90% refund as was promised to me on purchase. When I go there the owner Gupta, gets flustered & tells me "no where in the world you can get a refund for diamond jewelery, u only get refund for gold". After showing him the terms & conditions on the cash memo, he ignored us for 3 hours & rebuked & insulted as. Later he said "give them 70% of the price paid on purchase". I was so shocked &
