First Flight Courier

I donno why this people not answer my calls all the time. Always I need to trace my courier many times ill ask my people not to make the parcel on this courier because this people are least bother about our timing and priority of the delivery.. If the people of this courier are reading my review please look into the matter of delivery schedule and proper answer to the calls

One of the worst courier services i have ever come across. They did not deliver me my parcel saying that they did not find my office and asked me to come and pick up the parcel. When i asked the courier people why did not they give me a call if they did not find my office(My contact number was clearly written on the parcel) they said its not their duty to call me. they kept the parcel with them for 2 days. when i didnot recive the parcel i called them up and they told me to come and pick up the parcel. The person there was also rude to me when i asked him why he did not give me a ring.
