I have bought glasses here in the month of may...everything goes fine with me ..But after one day my glasses become loose ,so the technician fix again...after few days becoming loose again so they fix again...this is the 3 rd time my glasses become loose ...so what sould I do for this....it really really disturb during my work and I'm scared that it may get fall down and break...So if any body can help me out plis I need ya suggestion...or else exchange system is available ...?? So that I can exchange the frame without paying money....I need someone suggestion so that I can solve my problem.

This store is not at all a worth for money.
1. The technicians are not well qualified to answer your queries.
2. Different technicians suggest different type of glasses in my case, which is contradictory.
3. After ordering my glasses, they made a pair of glasses with a completely different power. I would have damaged my eyes had I used them. I only got to know that they made it with a wrong power when I got the glasses tested in my eye clinic.

Total irresponsible behavior on their side.
