Sub: Horrible experience at your show-room at Gariahat
It was my first and possibly last visit to your show room and the event is depicted below:
1. On being attracted by your print media campaign and my earlier practice to buy gold on the auspicious day, Dhanteras, paid a visit on 1st Nov'13. The effect of the ad could not be believed unless some one witness the crowd there on that very day. The Brand equity associated with P.C. Chandra got broken on my first visit itself. I hardly spent any time to choose the item to purchase as there were many behind me waiting and it took so much of time to reach the sales counter( the Invoice No. being J/22262/13-14.
