Please avoid Great Eastern Barasat due to two simple reasons, first they never stay on their commitment, as I purchased an AC after asking, them if it was available in the stock, but just to hold the customer they did a false commitment and are yet to deliver the AC. Secondly, you can never call them up as the number present in the cash memo is not working and they are not even thinking to give the correct number in there cash memo.
I am a music lover and the best investment made by me is the music system from Great Eastern. It is amazing and the sound quality is top class. Thanks to the store for guiding me properly.
I have always been impressed with the efficiency of Great Eastern and their employees. Recently, I bought an AC and starting with the delivery till the installation everything was done with superb professionalism.
I don't know about rest of the branches but recently I visited barasat branch to buy mixer grinder product and there was a guy who said no one is here to show the product , I waited still then the guy asked a girl to show mixer to me but the girl replied I am not here to show mixer ,that is not my part, after wasting few minutes they replied there is no one who can show me the product in details and I left the shop. This is very wrong behavior and they don't have any etiquette to deal with customer. What I think they all are busy to buttering and oiling those big customer like AC buyer,TV buyers etc and as my product was less in amount they were so reluctant to show it. I recently bought a Samsung Microwave oven (CE1041DFB) with convection from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. The staff who assisted me was on her best behavior. She recommended me this product and answered all my queries patiently.

I have purchased TV from ur uttarpara branch(ISD NAME-MD.ASGAR UTP ) with home delivery. But they have sent bad goods and not replacing the TV. This TV hasn't open any one time when i have asked about it to shop then have n't given any response and asking talk to main branch or owner. I don't know any things and avoiding our calls.
