Not buy Theism lift made by Theism Engineering Co, Dum Dum :
Worst lift ....within 10 years the lift condition is too bad in our apartment (Motilal Apartment) ....Maintenance also done by Theism from beginning....
Their business strategy :--
First they installed the worst lift (working smoothly just 5-6 years), they also give their eyewashing maintaince service against a lumpsum charges per year, after 9-10 years the lift will be create problems so they again offered huge amount (1.5 laks approx) for machine repairing/install charges. So don't buy their product. 😡😡

We have installed the lift a couple of years back. Lift is giving problems since the very beginning. On inspection we were asked to pay in advance for the spare parts. We paid in cheque. Since then, everyday some mechanic comes and works and after a few hours the lift stops working. We again lodge a complain the next day and that's how it is going. We are unable to understand what is the problem. But it is clear that the actual problem has not been rectified. On repeated requests no senior official has come for inspection. We are in a fix.
