RAKSHIT SPECIAL ..... (http://rakshitspecial.com/) one of the worst and unmanaged Travel Agencies in Kolkata. Our experience from their Recent Char Dham Yatra (17th May to 3rd June, 2015) - They lie in what they promise to give you from the very beginning. They intentionally keep you uninformed throughout the process of train booking status to food arrangements so that they can cheat you better. Apart from poor quality service and food management the worst thing is that they misguide you throughout the journey and yet try to convince you till you drop.
