Hamlyn Shoes

PATHETIC!!!!!!
Hamlyn shoes may have nice design but their customer service is APPALLING!!
1 month before my wedding I bought my wedding and sangeet sandals from them with a few alterations. After continuously giving us next date they told us they lost both sandals two days before my wedding. The staff shouted on phone when we kept calling him before not picking our calls for days. They kept us giving dates. Instead they could have told us upfront. They ultimately gave us the shoes after much hassle and yelling. It was not worth it at all.
Not only that, two months ago I bought a sandal from them for 6000 rupees. Next day the same sandal was priced 4000

i.... this is nidhi frm b,lore..... i hv had very gud experience with hamlyn shoes... only lately i bought a pair of formal sandals for 1800 and to my disspointment it let mew down in a big crowd on d very first day of its use... i hv got d said sandal repaired several times but its of no use... i sent it to ur store also and got it repaired bt again in vain. everytime i use it ,the strap on d toes snaps off.... being a regular customer to ur store i wud request u to send me a replacement piece..... lookin forward to a positive reply from u.... regards nidhi my mail i.d. nidhistays@gmail.com plz revert back....
