hello,
i recently went to a package tour to kerala dt 14th dec 2013.me my wife and my 18 months old kid.
this tour manager and the booking person (mr sachin) are a bunch of crooks.they promised good tour with good hotels.
our bad experience started as soon as we reached cochin.the manager called us telling us that the car they booked to pick me met with an accident and couldnt come to pick us up.
when we reached the hotel it was a peice of crap hotel with small dingy room or cell.
the food was horrible.none of the 4 couples that we were travelling could eat it.
in cochin the manager(tour) showed us the lulu mall,3 couples were from mumbai,that we were not at all interested to see.so cochin was a waste of day and they did not show u
