full cheat. Bought car in june 2014. Paid Rs 5000 for transfer except 5000 brokerage. After full payment started asking for octroi. Despite paying that no transfer, got it done myself at RTO. Actual transfer charges are about Rs 1000.

Bought a swift from them 4 months back but still fighting to get Receipt and RC of car. Now just filling a case against them in police and consumer court, they deserve to know how to deal with clients. Hope my initiative will help other customers and owners may also focus on how to fulfill customer requests.
