Expressions Dance & Fitness Studios: Opened in 2007 by founder Sumeet Nagdev, this studio teaches all forms of dance with exercise thrown in too. Bollywood, Aerobics, Pilates, Dynamic Yoga, Kickboxing, Salsa and Latin Ballroom, Ballet, Tap and Flamenco for children and adults are the various courses conducted at Expressions. Professionals from each field take students through the moves for each 2 month course. Sumeet Nagdev personally teaches Hip Hop, Dancerize and Modern Contemporary dance. Corporate workshops are on offer as are dance related entertainment acts for events.
