Lilam Enterprises is a fraud company and they have duped me as well. I wish I had done some research before paying a commission of Rs 9,000 to them for housemaid/babysitter. I paid in advance in April 2015 but they did not send a maid for many months. All employees are cheats and keep giving false names and fake promises. Then they start avoiding your calls and give excuses but still have time to respond to messages with abuses. Can somebody help get my money back or at least blacklist and block them??
Fraud, Fraud, absolutely Fraud. I called company yesterday and as usual lady named Sangita answered the call at Andheri office. She said I have one maid available right now. She is 35 year old from Pune and Vijaya is her name. I was so so excited with their service for the first time in 8 months after several horrible experiences with them in the past. I thought I will forget everything. Sangita said the maid can come to you right away. No follow up calls after that. This morning I again called and the maid was right there with her. good service and very genuine agency i am their customer since last 3 years and no problem till now' i have always got replacement housemaids on time they also after good number of options and they do not make false commitments like other agencies do

We have paid Rs.5000 to the agency as consulting charges for house maid @ Goregaon office... and we have not received any housemaid and replacement from the agency... whenever we call them they will say will be sending servant within two days and 45 days are over now. Even they are not ready to pay money back also. This company is very unprofessional and do not register for any requirements I would request all who are in search of this alternative to review/background check of the agency before making any decision. DO NOT GO TO LILAM enterprise. Else you will be get cheated
We live in Powai. So my search landed me to Lilam.. Even before I registered , thanks to the feedback above from customers, I am now backing out and will find a source. Thank you for saving me the trouble by posting this feedback.

i AM RECOMMEND DON'T APPROACH LILIAM ENTERPRISES OFFICE AT POWAI, MUMBAI. THEY TAKE THE REGISTRATION FEE AND NEVER GIVING SERVICES. SPECIALLY THEIR STAFF MEMBERS VERY AROGANT ALWAYS ASSURING WITH FALSE PROMISES SAYING THAT HOUSE MAID/ PATIENT CARE STAFF COMING WITHIN 02 HOURS TIME. BUT FINALY THEY HV NEVER TURN UP. STAFF MEMBERS NEVER CO-OPERATING SPECIALLY THEIR MANAGER NAME MS. BHARATHI AND OTHER COLLEGUES. I ADVICE YOU DON'T TAKE THEIR SERVICE AND GIVEN ADVANCE MONEY FOR REGISTRATION. BEWARE !!! BEWARE !!!!
We want to make serious complaint against Lilam Enterprises which provides maid and patient care service.
We had requested for maid service and patient care contact nos from Just dial and we received SMS from Just Dial with the nos. Out of those we finalized Lilam Enterprises, Wanowrie, hadquertered in Mumbai (02067289697, 02065294104, 9881828819) and paid them Rs.10,000 upfront in cash as per their terms and conditions. However, they could not arrange for a person for patient care in spite of no. of followups from our side. In the mean time, the patient was discharged from the hospital and I had to take leave without pay as there was no one to attend the patient. I just wish if can all gettogather and can file a case against these crooks.
How on earth can they run there buisness, when they have fooled so many people.
