Its just Horrible. Dont even think of climbing the shop. I am regretting that i dint read the reviews before. Its exactly whats written above happened with me also. We took a bedroom furniture, the salesman assured us of timely delivery. After taking advance, no call for 3 days, later he calls and says the ply required is not available in market (which was not so coz i enquired at other dealers). That guy does not pick up the phone. No one answers in shop. We were so harrassed, we had to go to shop for cancelling the order and taking back the advance. Extremely poor service. These guys are CHEATS of the highest order!! The double bed I bought from them broke within 4 months & inspite of zillion calls these guys never offered any service. The tall claims of 5-7 year warranty are bogus. Beware & stay away !!!

The owner of the shop Rafiq speaks very sweet, but buyers beaware once he takes the advance he will make you run. I had ordered for a sofa cum bed and he promised to deliver within 7 days and later he made me run for a month.
