Ambica Yog Kutir

Ambica Yog Kutir: More than 2000 trained teachers are dedicated to the spread of the awareness of Hatha Yoga. Founded by Parampujya Hathayogi Sri Nikam Guruji, Shri Ambika Yoga Kutir stresses that pranayama is the basis of physical and mental health, and seeks to spread his teachings to the masses, irrespective of caste, creed, or religion. Headquartered at Thane, the Kutir has branches across Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Goa, and also in America, Australia, Canada, Mauritius and Singapore. The basic course runs for 12 weeks, and is free. Advanced training is offered to those graduated from the basic course, and assessed by trained teachers.
