I feel sorry to state that The first experience with BOM-Tisgaon Br (Kalyan-east) was certainly not a good one. We had gone their to open an account for receiving scholarship for our kids. I had called the bank manager previous day and was told to come anytime before 3.30 pm. Even though we had all the documents and went their at 12.30 at noon, firstly we were told to come next day as they will accept any submission only between 10 to 12..which is I think nowhere in the rule. Finally I had to approach the manager and got the things done.
