Let me begin by saying that not only K9 pest control service is the most inneffective and expensive pest control service in Mumbai,but their service and behaviour towards their customers is just way below par.
Not only do the effects of the pest control wear off easily,on having given the staff a feedback and requesting for a redo of the service will the staff talk back to you and speak in an offensive tone(read - the senior manager at K9 himself).
I happened to make a big mistake by investing in their yearly contract which included 3 services,out of which the two services were absolutely ineffective.When the lapse happened the second time I demanded another service to be done since I have paid a huge amount and this event had occurred

Very bad experience with K9. Dont give your money upfront without completing all services otherwise they will not turn up.
