I had a bad experience in this hosp.....i was admitted only for 2 days but the staff was so worst as they dont even bother for patients...for first consultation i was charged 550 ....after my knee surgery when i went after 15 days to remove stitches again i was charged 600 ....this is not an hosp. but a business run by idiots. For knee surgery i was charged 2 lacs...and for nights in hospital i was charged 51000.Plz dont go in this hosp...i used to believe that doctors are god but they proved me wrong...they r devils.

SSub: Deficiency in services
I got feed back from your website that services provided in your hospital are efficient and cost effective. But my experience in this regard is totally opposite. I registered my daughter-in-law, who was pregnant, at your hospital at Kharghar in June, 2012. There were many visits between first visit and admission date for delivery in August. Following are my observations regarding deficiency in services at your hospital:-

not equipped for medical emergencies. ambulance doesnot have oxygen and takes 30 mins to dispatch even if ambulance exists in hospital and,available at the moment.lift doen nt work when needed pathetic for emergencies. will give 0 star
Best Services ever found in Navi Mumbai. Hi-Tech professional environment. Rooms are clean and hygiene. Staff members are Polite and supportive. Very Cost effective. Never asked to do unnecessary extra tests. Treatment is done by well experienced doctors. Very Happy.
