Gallops: Head to Gallops for an old world charm dining experience. With a ring side view of the Mumbai race course, Gallops scores full marks on its location. The interiors bring to mind a British Raj feel. The attentive and friendly service adds to the pleasant vibe and the continental fare is excellent. The vegetarian menu is limited however.

a tad pricey but the airy/spacey ambiance more than makes up for it,try to get a table by the window as it allows for some really nice views of the race course, meal for two at Gallops restaurant should come to 1200rs approx
you should visit this place just for the open space and the verdant expanse of green in the midst of Mumbai. Food is just about OK.
Note that you go on a race day they will ask you to park your mobile with a valet before you enter, which actually might be a good a enough reason to go there.
