Highly inefficient and unreliable..I made an order for a product online and was sent the wrong product..Tried to return it and was assigned an RMA number but they seem to be taking their own sweet time to pick it up..They made the mistake and are not willing to take responsibility for it..And the customer service is terrible..They keep u on hold for a long time and still come back with an unsatisfactory answer...I will never shop on their website..They are a bunch of incompetent cheaters who don't know the meaning of customer service..
