I was insulted and humiliated by a staff named Mukesh at Snehanjali Electronics Malad West. It is the incident of 12th Aug 2014 when I went Snehanjali Electronics, SV Road Malad west's showroom to inquire about a 42" LED TV. I was interested in knowing about Sony Brand but they abused Sony company and started promoting other brands which I was not interested in. Later after some time Mukesh the representative of Snehanjali asked me to show my cell phone to him which I handed over to him. He was forcing me to open the screen lock and give him my phone to him which was refused by me as I have important phone number, photo of family members, bank secured messages so I could not hand over my secured item in some one's hand whom I don't even kno ... HI I AM AKSHAY BANDEKAR. I HAVE PURCHASED A SAMSUNG SPLIT AC FROM YOUR Snehanjali Electronics, Vasai Road West, Thane BRANCH AT LAST YEAR. RECENTLY I'AM FACING PROBLEM ABOUT WATER DRIPPING IN SIDE. SO I HAVE REPORTED TO THE SAME BRANCH FOR THE SAME CONCERN AND GIVEN THE REPORT TO THE THERE STAFF WHICH THEY HAVE WRITTEN IN THERE REGISTER ON 1/11/2012. BUT STILL THE CONCERN IS NOT RESOLVED. very bad service, rude & idiot staff can handle customer specially Mr. Sonawane has not given good service to us we are upset and tired of calling everytime and now we are going to take strict action against them and not only this much I am going to tell each and every person about snehanjali is not trusted shop.
