I recently bought a Philips juicer worth Rs 2000/-, i was not working properly the next, i went to Dmart to return it back they say that they have a policy of no exchange..if there is a policy of no exchange they should mention it on the bill or let the customer know about it before purchase.I kept my juicer in their customer care centre i got it back saying that it has no problem a Philips repair guy has checked it. I took the juicer back and it is still not working i called up Philips Call center but there is no response..I would suggest that please donot buy electronics from Dmart..becuase incase you get e defective or a broken or non-functional thing..they will not take it back as per the policy and it would be an headache to followup

I AM A VERY OLD CUSTOMER OF D-MART, SINCE I THINK IT STARTED IN POWAI, AND TILL TODAY WHEN THEY HAVE STARTED IN MULUND. I THINK WE THE PEOPLE ARE BEHIND THERE SUCCESS BY TELLING OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS OF THERE QUALITY GRAINS AND THE PRICES.
OUR FAMILY MEMBERS NEAR POWAI, MALAD, KANDIVILI, PANVEL, MULUND ARE SO ADDICTED TO THE STORE THAT THEY CAN NOT THINK OF ANY THING ELSE.
BUT THIS MONTH I GOT A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE STORE, BECAUSE OF WHICH, IF IT CONTINUES LIKE THIS THEY MAY TARNISH THEIR IMAGE VERY FAST.
I PURCHASED AN UMBRELLA,(ON 2ND AUG 2010) WHILE THERE STAFF ON THE COUNTER RECOMMENDED TO BE THE BEST (RS.360) AND HARDLY USED FOR 2 RAINY DAYS AND BROUGHT IT BACK TO THE STORE (ON 9TH AUG)AS ALL THE WIRES CAME OUT OF T
