Naam bade aur darshan khote! Sells third grade quality at exclusive price. I purchased a readymade dress on Dhanteras and collected it the next day. When I tried wearing it at home, I found that the dupatta and the churidar slacks were defective, the kurta had open stitches in 2/3 places. After 2 visits they offered to amend the dress but not exchange it. I requested that I may be allowed to replace the dress with unstitched material of same or more value as their readymades were all of same inferior quality. They rudely refused and I left the dress & left. They did not even attempt to stop me & give me my money back or exchange material. They shamelessly kept the dress & the money.
