Terrible service, charge a lot and you pay it expecting good service, instead you end up feeling you could have done better yourself. Employed them to vet the paperwork before buying a property, the guys in the office never pick calls, keep you waiting for days, say everything is ok and when you visit the office, tell you "oh we forgot, one more thing needed". We released payment to the seller because the people at Minal Khona's ofice said all paper work is complete and then afterwards say they missed telling us of some CIDCO transfer charges that the seller had to pay and we had to pay almost 10000 from our pocket instad of the seller. And this after paying Minal Khona 6000 as her fees and another 14000 odd as miscellaneous expenses to pay
