Tommy has the worst after sales service. Franchisees in my opinion should be restricted to food and lower end products. Otherwise they tend to mess up with the reputation of the brand. Its been a month that i've given my watch for repairs, yet to receive it back. 1st the motor conked out and then when it was fixed, the watch case was damaged and it was taken back a 2nd time for servicing. I'm tired of this brand. I'll never again buy from this brand and would strongly recommend you also to not do so as the experience will be unpleasant.
