This is regarding your store in Vikhroli inside Hometown, Vikhroli, Mumbai today 21st May 2017 around 4.30pm.
I was watching Knight hood trousers.
I checked one and tried it, and was about to buy.
While I was search for 2nd one in same size 36, I found that label was wrong.
On trouser, label was 32, where as store has wrongly put up 36.
I called a senior person there named Mr. Nawaj.
I showed him this difference, he did not accept it.
Now, instead of taking it back and investigating, this person folded it back and tried keeping it in the same stack.
Then, I got little angry. I took the same trouser and shown it to the manager. He accepted the mistake after 2 times seeing it.
