Do not visit. No tax receipts. All illegal cash sale. No warranties. No parking. Rude arrogant staff like they are doing you a favor. You will keep asking and not get a response. I saw a poor housewife ask around so many times but no one cared. Quality is poor. No reason to go here at all.
The staff is very rude and arrogant on top of that . they do not deliver goods in time .
Alpha store - Fake store ,no Cash Memo, Challan, Invoice, electronic or Manual is ever issued against any purchase. Service is the worst I've ever experienced, the Staff is rude. Bought a phone which was defective - used this high end mobile only for 1 week and now i cant do much about it as i do not have bill nor warrenty.
Guys, beware, its been years my College peers are purchasing electronics mainly Mobile Phones from this Shop. And mind it no Cash Memo, Challan, Invoice, electronic or Manual is ever issued against any purchase. Service is the worst I've ever experienced, the Staff is rude, typical Gujarati Accent which makes communicating with them a pain. go to any dam electronics shop and you'll definitely be satisfied with the information the Sales-Staff provide you regarding the product. Alfa stores are all fake stores; selling all duplicate electronic items.
They sell without bills to --- that clearly indicates they have false goods in their stores...
U wont get a pakka bill for any other purchase except for electronics.
They dont accept any plastic money (credit/ debit cards)-- Showing black money gathering...
So being a good Indian citizen we must not buy any products from Alfa Shopee
