They provide cost effective medical services with special provisions made for those unable to afford expensive treatment. Certain departments, in addition to the doctors are available 24x7 - Pathology, Emergency, ICU, OT and Diagnostics. They also have services like ATMs, info and travel desk, cafeteria, indoor kids play area, business centre, gift shop and temple within the 8,000 sq.ft.

The medical facility is good. Overall cleaniless etc is there. Only negative side is their money sucking processes which is very anti patient. After discharge, they will intentionally delay billing so that they can earn one more day of billing. After discharge, patients wants to go gone ASAP, and for TPA payment processing, they will intentionally hold the billing process. Also , there are weird policies like you can upgrade to a room but not downgrade. Against PCMC rules, they have paid parking as well.
Typicall SLA for billing is 40 mins. With TPA processing, it might take 2-3 hrs in total. The typical time they take is 8 to 10 hrs after discharge.
