Booked my trip to Tirupati via MMT of GreenLine Travels And Holidays, the bus was supposed to reach my place at 11:56pm however the bus was one and half hour late, when called GreenLine Travels, the executive had no idea where the bus was and kept telling 5mins the bus will reach, customer service was pathetic, at one call he told me to catch a rickshaw and go to my home back and he will cancel the ticket,.... The worst experience, would never book my tickets again to make my trip.
Make my trip should have a provision to track the bus online and also customer care service from their side.

This is the worst tour I had.I would warn everyone not to travel in this so called Greenline.
While returning from Munnar to Cumbam.in Greenline van.because of the hilly areas .I vomitted outside the bus and it did fall in the outside cover of bus ,which is quite normal in every bus as vomitting do occurs.
When we reached cumbam they asked Rs 100 and threatened me, my brother, my old mother in laws.The driver was ready to thrash us while having discussion why he is charging money.
When we complained to the driver of Greenline bus he also mocked us .
Shame shame.I would advice you never to travel in this bus,they can beat anyone even if you argue .
These kind of travels and drivers should be banned for public service.

horrible experience!!!! that guide Bhaskar kept looting us especially during this demonetization period where nobody was carrying cash and we were forced to run behind atms at 4 in the morning!!! he forced us to buy 300rs special ticket for tirupathi darshan however while booking we were assured that its going to be dharma
Worst experience fr Tirupati Balaji trip frm Bangalore........hotel was so messy.... bad smell n no water in toilet.... vry dirty bucket n mug......guide was vry adamant made us to wait everywhere unnecessarily......we had free Darshan....in week days....but tht fellow forced us to take special Darshan tkt @300/- which we got aftr 3 hrs ...coz they opned d window at 8am...we reached at 5 am...we reqursted to take fr free Darshan....coz early morning free Darshan will not be so crowded..... initially tht fellow told to take d special Darshan tkt frm the hotel only....we had lunch at 3 pm...n came back to Bangalore at 10 pm.......
Day 1-I planned a trip to Kerala for my parent's anniversary.on the first day itself they took them to munnar instead of thekadi .telling some stupid reasons. the hotel which they booked in munnar for my parents was not the one which they told me(very dirty.simply lodging). when I rushed to them hearing this . only then they changed the hotel. which took half of that day.and moreover for roaming there .they were asking 500 for cab charges saying its a free dayy!.(i was not told abt this thing)
even the car in which they traveled was non-ac.(as per the package it was ac)

I booked Coorg package with this Greenline travels, then I realized that I made a big mistake in my life by choosing this travel agency.
- Poor customer service
- No respponse
- Bad customer handling

Rooms were pathetic
Trasport arranged @ Coorg was never on time.
Retun bus from Coorg to Bangalore had poor seats.

They comit too much in the begining but you will not get anything.
