Hi Rajat,
I remember you, your wife and your little daughter as my frequent customer. Stritva appreciates the same. I very well remember this case which came to me and we could not resolve the issue. Please do not take it as an explanation but we honestly inform our customers that we cannot provide colour guarantee. The very reason being that it cannot control the washing once the good moves out of the store. All cotton fabric have a tendency to bleed and that is why we strongly recommend dry clean which our vendors say makes the colour permanent.
Stritva was keen to approach the vendor on the condition that the customer needs to provide a computerized dry cleaners bill which can be the base to follow up or resolve the issue possibly

My wife has been a regular customer of Stritva for more than a year now. We have been buying sarees/dresses for us and few relatives and have also recommended Stritva to people known to us. We did not have issues earlier. However for the last dress that we bought, when my wife put it in water the first time, the colour came off and spread to the white areas of the dress and made colour patches in the white cloth areas. When we took the dress to the Stritva store to ammend, we were informed by the store that they buy dresses from different vendors and would not have control on quality of the material and hence cannot take it to their vendor for replacement, and so Stritva refused to take the dress back from us for repair/replacement, and we
