As you have taken name because of your bakery products that had good public opinion till some years ago, you have now expanded your business by adding Super Market also.
As I was over there last Friday for a purpose from Chennai, realising your products would be better than what I get at Chennai, purchased two half kg. rich plum cakes, a fruit cake and jaggery coated banana chips. Though the fruit cake tasted nice, the plum cake was of no good and jaggery banana chips had no taste or flavour. I think, what I get at Chennai is far better.\
It would be appreciable, if you could improve the quality of your each product before it is placed on the shelf for sale by ensuring that it has its required flavour and taste.
