Roomali With A View: One can't be too sure as to how much of a view it commands as "Roomali with a View" primarily overlooks the Indiranagar 100ft Road. Done up in soft earthy tones, this restaurant serves north Indian cuisine (read Awadhi, Kashmiri, Marwari and Rajasthani). You could go for the buffet spread or the a la carte, which leaves you spoilt for choices. Another speciality of this restaurant is romali roti that comes in several flavours like mint, spinach and garlic. Besides these, the kebabs here are to die for. And if you still have space, do try out the desserts.

My Friendr Pls Dont go to this place, yesterday i went to this place it was pathetic than what i saw in 2009. The Soup was like rasam and starters .... ha ha no starters they showed some veggies and told these are starters. ok so main course 3 curries one was out of order(Ever dogs will faint if it smell). Roti ok ok, No rumali roti whick they were special in 2009, then Desserts tiny gulaab Jamoon and ice cream vanilla flavour.... Food was worth 50/- after that we asked for discount Hotel owner told i will call police if u dint pay fully..... i never seen such a pathetic guy....
Called up Roomali in morning at 1 PM, and got confirmed booking for 15 members at 8PM. Everything was cool. Then called up at 7 PM to confirm again. Their manager confirmed me. Now at 7:15 PM, he called
me up saying that my booking is cancelled, as their staff is stuck in Kormangala. On asking for details, he said he has none. On some shouting, he asked us to come. At 7:45, he again called, and told us that they are closing for today. So unprofessional, and highly ridiculous.
I would suggest all that if you want to book this restaurant, make a safe booking is some more restaurant just to be safe.

it was horrible experience, Please do not try there, Before my food i got a bill and tooth picks, When i asked for the fork the waiter wiped in next table cloth and he has given to me, food taste was zero,
Its a nice airy comfortable classy place to spend an evening. This is a rajasthani restaurant which serves good buffet and also great off the menu stuff, though the speciality of this place is Daal bhati.You can walk in for a nice family outing if you want to sit inside where the decor is typically rajasthani with exotic furniture or for a nice romantic evening if you get a table outside in the balcony :)
Mostly I will have buffet at this place which contains a spread of veg and non veg rajasthani delicacies, they make good biryani and rajasthani bhindi too. Also good are the indian deserts .....moong daal halwa and gajar halwa etc.

We went for buffet and they spoiled our evening with hopeless food and poor service.. it sucks..!!! I am sure I would never try there again!!!
Tried their buffet. not worth spending 300 bucks. Roomali with a few quality!! i would say.. Better to try regular stuff and not experiment with dishes. The ambiance is very good. they should work to improve their food quality.
