I found about Sangeet Sadhana 4 months back when I was looking for a good Hindustani classical coach for my 7 year old daughter. I have seen a lot of improvement in my daughter's voice and rhythm in this short span. Sangeet Sadhana is about serious learning and the teachers out there give utmost attention to the progress of each kid.
Recently they organised a musical concert Udaan where all the kids performed. Some of the musicals played on this evening really gave goosebumps since we do not get to hear these classical melodies live these days.

In all I think Sangeet Sadhana is a perfect choice for Hindustani classical music in Bangalore for kids and adults.

It's been 6 months since lil one(4 yrs) has started her musical journey at Sangeeth Sadhana School For Music And Arts.I must admit that it's been a fantabulous journey till now let it be from the dedication in which they conduct classes with out a break, regular AV recording of the songs, commitment in sending timely notification for parents on any concern it's really a commendable job they are doing.Besides SS nurtures the young mind with there articulated music program (challenging task to assemble kids listen and practise )which enhances the kids intellectual,social, emotional and overall language literacy that can be inculcated in there life. I got associated with Sangeet Sadhana due to my 3 year old daughter who loves singing. On googling the name that popped up was Sangeet Sadhana. Initially I was was a bit skeptical on admitting my daughter into the institute but I would say it was our good luck that Sangeet Sadhana had decided to start a Small Kids Batch. My daughter is been learning Hindustani Classical Music for last 6 months and I am amazed to hear her sining. SS is not a hobby class but a school of though that believes in Music. I joined Sangeet Sadhana School in January 2016. It has been a fruitful learning experience.The teachers provided me every basic knowledge about Indian Classical Singing. They explained the importance of riyaaz and how It helps to improve your vocal chords. Regular tests and feedback from teachers helped in correcting my mistakes and understanding classical music . The school organised concerts at regular intervals for students. Recently an amazing tabla workshop was organised which was taken by the mastero Pt. Shivshankar Banarjee. Every student are given special individual attention and the learning and growth scale of each student is monitored. I have been taking Hindustani Classical vocal lessons from Sangeet Sadhana for about seven months now and have both learned a lot and have had a great time while learning. The journey from being a novice to successful completion of âAadyaâ level and advancement to âMadhyaâ level has been wonderful. I can see a definite improvement over the months.
