TRUE FACTS :1) GAURAV SHARMA HAD MADE A PURCHASE OF SPECTACLE FRAME ALMOST A YEAR BACK,ON 28/04/2011
2)HIS FRAME DID NOT BREAK IN 1 WEEK OR A MONTH.
3)ONLY THE METAL FANCY LOGO CLIP ON THE SIDES HAD COME OUT,BECAUSE OF EXTREME ROUGH USE,ON 11/9/2011,WHICH WE OFFERED TO RECTIFY. HE CAME WITH A PROBLEM AFTER 4 & 1/2 MONTHS.
4)HE SHOWED US THE MISSING CLIP,WE PROMPTLY GAVE HIM A ""F R E E R E P L A C E M E N T"" FOR THE FRAME,ON 11/9/2011 [FRAME NAME: CATSL ITALY MODEL NUMBER C6003 BLACK COLOUR]
5)THE PLASTIC LENSES WERE NOT BADLY SCRATCHED....ALL PLASTIC LENSES ARE SCRATCH RESISTANT,NOT SCRATCH PROOF.
NO COMPANY/NO MANUFACTURER/NO OPTICIAN WILL GIVE THIS KIND OF REPLACEMENT,WHICH WE DID...FREE OF COST. NO OPTICIAN GIVES REPLACEMENT GUA

Hate the service and products
he gave me a pair of spectacles for 7K and it didn't lasted even for a week. I took him for change the frame so he said its for the first time he is hearing the complain in the frame but the employ working thr dosnt seem to have that reaction
he went in and said its just the small fault we do this service a lot ......
then with in a week the same problem occurred again so he put some old temples after than within a month my lenses were full of scratches. the scratch became so dense that i am not even able to see through it......
I really felt cheated that even after spending 7K on the specks i have to but another pair and this guy dont even listen says 'its your problem not mine'
