This is the worst of the worst-est places you could go. The dealer (a slick talker) is a looter! I went their to get my LG microwave fixed; the never fixed it and when I went there to collect it back, they out rightly refused to do so!

I called this Pragathi Electronics dealer for Emergency light battery replacement , in conversation he mentioned that he is authentic dealer to service BPL emergency light product and when i ask price he says hardly cost me 250 , and when i reach there he opened the Emergency light and take out the battery and then take out local battery and replaced with that ,when i asked for original he started telling that original does not come , i do have long conversation and finally decide let have the one he is providing ,then when i asked for price he mentioned 460 Rs which hardly cost in market 250 i got mad ,and finally thought get away from this person and then i provided my credit card then simply he put 14.5% and ,make it 510 such a pathe

This dealer has third class quality product and will make you cry once you buy from it , please be aware to go to this shop.
these are a set of thieves...looting people...selling duplicate and local stuff.
